The room at Mount House was so cozy and charming, with beautiful decor that made me feel right at home. I loved the en suite bathroom, which was spotlessly clean and had a hairdryer for convenience. It was the perfect place to freshen up after a long day of exploring Shanklin.

Personally, I found the bed a bit too firm for my liking, but I can see how others might find it comfortable.

mount house was very clean and tidy. it's in a great location - only a short walk to the town center and close to the beach. the owners - graham and sally - were really helpful and gave us lots of tips for things to do on the I.O.W. the breakfast menu had lots of options - including a vegetarian choice. they also provided free parking - which was great for our motorcycle.

It is good value and it's only a 15 minutes' walk to shanklin chine. Close to the airport, 8 km, perfect for an early flight: )

Great value for money with clean and tidy accommodation that met my requirements. Conveniently located near the seafront, railway station, and bus station. The welcoming and friendly proprietors were always available to answer any queries.

The host is knowledgeable and provides great advice on places of interest. the hotel offers a range of facilities that add to the overall experience, such as free-range eggs and good quality double glazing to minimize traffic noise during commuting times.

The hosts were incredibly helpful and informative, lovely room and breakfast, convenient location for shops and restaurants, great base for exploring the island.
